We are delighted that you want to enrich us with your many programme ideas. We have set up the following form so that nothing gets lost and we already have some concrete information about your ideas. Here you can easily submit your topic suggestions for presentations at the Speakers Corner at LEaT con 25 online.

Wir freuen uns, dass ihr uns mit euren vielen Programmideen bereichern wollt. Damit nichts verloren geht, und wir bereits erste konkrete Informationen zu euren Ideen bekommen, haben wir das folgende Formular eingerichtet. Hier könnt ihr eure Themenvorschläge für Vorträge auf den Speakers Corner auf der LEaT con 25 ganz unkompliziert online einreichen.

Guidelines

About the process | Zum Ablauf:

  • The submission phase runs until Sunday, 31 August 2025.
  • In a short allocation phase (until mid of september),  the submitted topics will be viewed and, depending on the content, allocated to the various locations (Speakers Corner in the LEaT, AV and Studioszene) and possible time slots according to your specifications.
  • In the subsequent final phase you can submit further (possibly still missing) information and image material (by Friday, 26 September 2025 at the latest).

  • Die Einreichungsphase läuft noch bis einschl. Sonntag, den 31. August 2025.
  • In einer kurzen Vergabephase (bis Mitte September) werden die eingereichten Themen gesichtet und je nach Inhalt den verschiedenen Orten (Speakers Corner in den Areas LEaT, AV und Studioszene) und nach euren Angaben möglichen Zeitslots zugeteilt.
  • In der anschließenden Finalphase könnt ihr weitere (ggf. noch fehlende) Informationen sowie Bildmaterial nachreichen (bis spätestens Freitag, 26. September 2025).

Im Folgenden könnt ihr euren Themenvorschlag einreichen. Füllt einfach die folgenden Felder aus, lest und akzeptiert die Richtlinien und klickt zum Schluss auf Absenden. Anschließend öffnet sich ein Bestätigungsfenster (Achtung: die Einreichung wird nicht separat per E-Mail bestätigt!) // You can submit your topic proposal below.       WICHTIG: Sollte aus rechtlichen Gründen die Angabe eines besonderen Bildcredits notwendig sein, vermerkt diesen bitte direkt im Dateinamen. Sollte hier nichts vermerkt sein, verwenden wir den Firmennamen des Speakers. Bei Sonderfällen könnt ihr eine Anmerkung am Ende der Einreichung notieren. // IMPORTANT: If a special image credit is required for legal reasons, please note this directly in the file name. If nothing is noted here, we will use the company name of the speaker. In special cases, you can make a note at the end of the submission.
