LEaT X offers two workshop rooms where practical workshops will take place during the two days of the event. Participation in the workshops is available via an add-on in the ticket shop and is limited in number.

The community lab brings people and topics together: community talks, practical workshops on sales, AI or job profiles, and an open ISDV consultation hour on taxes, contracts and self-employment. Personal, direct and one of the real highlights of the LEaT-X programme.

Self-organisation with Lexware/Sevdesk/BuHaBut. From commissioning to accounting to e-invoicing.

In this practical workshop, Karin Zweigler shows you how to use Lexware, Sevdesk and BuHaBut to efficiently organise your work in the areas of commissioning, accounting and e-invoicing. Learn how to use these tools effectively to optimise your financial processes, save time and meet the legal requirements for e-invoicing.

How do I attract new customers?

In this interactive workshop, sales coach Thomas Adt shows you how to effectively acquire new customers. Thomas, who has successfully applied his sales strategies in the industry and beyond for many years, provides valuable tips and techniques on how to target potential customers and build long-term relationships. Topics such as targeted new customer acquisition, sales techniques, networking and relationship management are discussed.

AI in practice: process automation

AI has long been more than just a buzzword – it can significantly simplify specific work processes. In this workshop, Conrad Schlenkhoff from the AI Transformation Institute uses practical examples to show how process automation with AI works in everyday project work: from planning and documentation to communication and recurring routine tasks. Together, we will analyse which processes are suitable for automation, where the use of AI makes sense – and where it does not. The workshop provides an overview of available tools, typical pitfalls and the question of how AI can be integrated into existing workflows without creating additional complexity.

In this open consultation, participants have the opportunity to ask their personal questions on topics such as contracts, insurance or self-employment in a confidential setting. Marc Stähly and Marcus Pohl provide valuable tips and help to find practical solutions that can make everyday working life easier for freelancers and self-employed people.
