What is LEaT con?
LEaT con is the new convention for entertainment technologies for events and installation solutions, taking place from October 17th to 19th, 2023 in Hall B6 of the Hamburg Messe und Congress (HMC). It intentionally moves away from the traditional trade fair concept and offers an innovative event experience with a combination of exhibition and convention. Unlike traditional trade fairs, LEaT con complements product presentations with comprehensive information for visitors, as well as the increasingly important exchange between different industry participants on overarching themes, all in one space. This creates a unique mix of exhibition and customer experience that will inspire the audience of the new convention for entertainment technologies for events and installation solutions and sustainably promote the community spirit of the industry.

Will there be an evening event?
Yes, there will be one! We will end the first day of the event with a networking evening featuring live music, drinks, and snacks in the stage area of the hall.
Have you thought about sustainability and large-scale events?
Sustainability is a major focus for us. Our official sustainability partner NIYU advises and supports us in making LEaT con more sustainable.
Due to our system stands, exhibitors do not have to commission their own trade fair builders, which not only saves time and planning effort but also minimizes the travel of trade fair builders and CO2 emissions. The system stands are completely returned to storage after the event, thus minimizing waste. We completely do without carpet in the aisles, as even recyclable carpet, which is laid out for three days, must first be produced. For our catering offer, we explicitly avoid plastic/paper dishes.
Is there a trade fair ticket from Deutsche Bahn?
Yes, there is an event ticket at a nationwide fixed price from any DB train station. Here are the prices:
Event ticket one-way with train-specific booking (subject to availability):
2nd class: €49.50
1st class: €80.90
Event ticket one-way fully flexible:
2nd class: €67.50
1st class: €98.90
The City-Ticket in Hamburg is included with the event ticket (travel distance greater than 100 km). You can find all information about the DB event ticket here.
What is your hygiene and safety concept?
Currently, there are many changes regarding the guidelines. We are monitoring the situation and updating the concept according to the current situation.
Are there press tickets/accreditations available?
Yes, of course, there will be tickets for the press and a separate accreditation process. To obtain a press ticket, simply add it to your shopping cart on our ticketing website, and in the second step, a proof of press credentials (such as a press ID) will be required.
Are there parking spaces available at the venue?
The Hamburg Messe offers several parking garages. The “Parkhaus Mitte (Messe)” is located directly at the venue and has a capacity of 900 spaces. Note: The “Parkplatz Ost” is only open to exhibitors.
