The countdown is running! From October 22 to 24, 2024, Hamburg Messe will become the hotspot of the live and entertainment industry when <\/strong>LEaT con 24<\/strong><\/a> opens its doors. This year’s edition promises not only exciting exhibitors, innovative technology and a comprehensive networking experience, but also a direct exchange with the experts in the industry. Over 140 speakers will be on hand to offer unique insights into their work and the latest developments in entertainment, event and ProAV technology.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Experience top experts live – networking at the highest level<\/strong><\/h2>\n

LEaT con 24 is known for promoting direct exchange between trade visitors and experts. This year, it is possible to talk to impressive personalities on four stages – from lighting and sound designers to technical innovators (e.g. from AI and IT) and pioneers of immersive technology.<\/p>\n

Christopher Bauder<\/strong>, known for his spectacular light installations, will give a keynote on the changing possibilities of software and AI in content production. Tom Ammermann<\/strong>, Grammy-nominated expert in 3D audio, will talk about immersive sound technology, while Simon Honywill<\/strong>, sound engineer of the Pyramid Stage at the legendary Glastonbury Festival, will provide exciting insights into the challenges of festival sound design. In addition, Joanna Ossolinska<\/strong>, experienced lighting designer and operator, will talk about her work for artists such as Beatsteaks and Meute in the \u201cSpotlight Stories\u201d panel.<\/p>\n

Jean Lapierre<\/strong>, Senior Director of Advanced Technologies at Matrox, will highlight the need for the IPMX protocol for the ProAV industry. In his presentation, Maurice Camplair<\/strong> from Crestron will demonstrate the possible applications of artificial intelligence in media technology. Hubertus Beckmann<\/strong> from Lang AG will provide insights into the evolution of transparent LED displays. With these and other experts, LEaT con 24 offers exciting discussions and unique networking opportunities.<\/p>\n

For the first time, AVcon<\/strong>, which focuses on the ProAV market and features its own top-class lecture program, will also be held in parallel with LEaT con. Experts from the AV industry will meet here to discuss the latest trends and technologies in AV and IT system integration. The Studioszene<\/strong> also offers in-depth insights into the world of professional music and audio production. Here, everything revolves around topics such as 3D audio, immersive sound worlds, mixing techniques and creative production approaches. The Studioszene is the meeting place for sound engineers, producers and music creators who want to explore the latest trends and technologies in the audio industry.<\/p>\n

In addition to the outstanding presentations and workshops, LEaT con 24 offers even more interactive experience areas this year. In the HDR Experience Zone<\/strong>, for example, visitors can immerse themselves in the world of high dynamic range and wide color gamut, while practical knowledge about lighting consoles will be taught in hands-on training sessions in the training area<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
