Dolby Atmos, MPEG-H and Sony 360 can almost be seen as the new stereo, i.e., the audio standard. No music production is launched without an Apple spatial version. But the ‘3D audio life’ is much more exciting! Not only cinemas but also live, planetariums, theaters and now also large arenas are waiting with ‘fat 3D’ sound. The size and format freedom of the loudspeaker systems in these installations create an absolutely new playground, which also offers various new challenges.<\/p>\n

As Managing Director of New Audio Technology, Tom Ammermann is largely responsible for the development of the 3D audio tool “Spatial Audio Designer”. He was also involved in the production of Kraftwerk 3D, which won a Grammy in the “Best Surround Sound Album” category in 2018. His\u00a0workshop provides insights and shows how to safely and excitingly cross these waters with the Spatial Audio Designer product line.<\/p>\n
